My name is Merilee and I’m going through the process of re-building a house right now that burned down in the Tea Fire in Santa Barbara. To say the least, it’s been a very challenging process to go through. 

Without getting into too much detail, it’s taken me 4 years to rebuild. I’ve gone through 2 building companies and 3 architects. All in all, I’ve probably wasted over $100,000 going in the wrong direction, and easily

 a couple of years of time because I didn’t know what I was doing.

Then, I hired Mike Mitchell. He had heard about my story and wanted to help me. 

Mike basically came in and saved my project. I’m now happy to say we’re only a few months away from completion, on time, and under budget with what he promised.

I feel terrible for everyone who just lost their houses and I’d hate to see anyone waste the time and money

 I did. I’m now working with Mike to help Thomas Fire Victims navigate through the re-build process.
